We are currently only selectively accepting new clients. We’re unable to accommodate XL breeds at this time. We do not groom cats. Please allow up to 48 hours for a reply.
New & existing clients:
When booking PLEASE note your pet’s name & breed information. If you have an existing profile please do not create a duplicate profile. Failure to list your pet’s name & breed information will result in a decline of your request. All clients are required to view & sign a pre appointment agreement.
The health and safety of our clients and their pet’s has always been our #1 concern. During this time, we will be open for service with limited days/hours of availability. We may decline lapsed customers of more than 12 weeks & we will be selective on which large/X-Large breeds we will take.
At this time we’re operating at 80% pre booked clientele. If available, our online schedule displays a 3 week window based on the CURRENT DATE. If you do not see availability that means we are booked for the 3 week window from the CURRENT DATE. If you have any questions about availability please email us.
Grooming by Juanita reserves the right to refuse service to any pet. Service may be discontinued or refused if we determine that servicing a particular dog presents an unsafe condition. Such conditions include, but are not limited to: age, size, behavioral issues, health problems, coat condition, or parasites.
Please follow all booking instructions prior to submitting your appointment request. Failure to do so may result in a decline of your request.
We are currently on a weight restriction & can not service new Large/XL breeds or clients lapsed more than 12 weeks at this time.
We do not service cats or perform walk in services.
